Yes. Keenheart Foundation is a duly registered non-governmental organisation in Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). We are also registered with the Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering (SCUML) and operate with full regulatory compliance and transparency.
All donations go directly to fund our programmes — water projects, scholarships, women's empowerment, and emergency relief. We maintain a strict overhead ratio and publish annual impact reports. Our finances are independently audited to ensure full accountability to our donors.
